You can pick from Writing from scratch, Rewriting, or Editing in terms of what you’d like to have done, and you can also pick the quality of your writer, anywhere from standard to premium to platinum.

Pricing happens on a bidding sort of platform, but you can also choose to have Papers Owl select a writer for you, for an extra fee of $9.99. Once you sign up for an account and give the details of the paper you want written, writers will bid on the opportunity to write for you. This means that the prices aren’t declared up front or right away, and there’s not much in the way of discount codes to get money off. For free, you get a title page, a reference page, in-text citations, page numbers, and an abstract.
Content Quality – 6/10
The site does contain testimonials, which appeared to be unedited, as some of them were critical, and they appeared to be from legit signed-in accounts on the website. There are some comments that there were grammar errors in the papers received and the content wasn’t up to what the student was expecting.
I also googled Papers Owl for external reviews and found that some customers were very disappointed with what they received and were refused refunds when they requested them. One customer called the site a “rip-off.” There were, however, also several positive reviews praising the services of PapersOwl.com.

PapersOwl has a responsive Live Chat service, as well as a Contact Us form. There is no obvious support email address until you reach the About Us page, and no support contact numbers. They do have links to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Their headquarters are in Cyprus.
Conclusion
I’ll confess I’m somewhat dubious about PapersOwl.com. Sure, if you put in an order, you might get a great deal and a great writer too, but then again, you might not. It appears that a baseline order is about $18.00 per page, but there are plenty of sites out there offering less expensive work that seems like it would be just as good. The result of my review is that I’d pretty much pass on Papers Owl and pick another site.
The essay I got wasn’t quite what I wanted. I had to rewrite a big section of it to make it acceptable for my college.
You can’t even call the company, which should’ve been my cue. Totally upsetting! They deserve a zero rating.
Do not use their services, they are bunch of thieves, I hired someone and I got zero marks because it was fabricated. Thanks God i was not kicked out. They won’t refund you and most of them will not read the materials.
The name of this writing service seemed convincingly competent. The clients’ reviews were good. Looking back I think it’s all a hoax. I have terrible encounters, the prices are high, the papers need too many REVISIONS since the fail on the first submission. It is exhausting to contact your writer and get prompt responses. Current situation…..I submitted an order 1-24-19, the first paper had so many errors as if the writer did speak to text. The 2nd was a failure, my class ends on two days and she is asking when do I need a 3rd revised version…
If I wanted to do this myself, I could have saved $252.00.
