Marketing itself as the custom writing service you want to use for the best papers, it’s easy to see why students around the world might want to use WritingElites.net as their service of choice.  My first impressions of the website are mixed, with a dated and ‘old-school’ style but relatively easy to navigate.

However, it’s a highly competitive industry so let’s find out whether this is the right service for you.

Services – 6/10

writingelites.net services

It’s easy to find out what services the website offers using the small menu on the left-hand side of the homepage. Here you’ll find the services divided into three sections; custom paper writing, admission services and additional services.

In total, there are around 40 services to choose from, ranging from essays and term papers to speeches and even personal statements. Most students should be able to find what they’re looking for, despite the absence of some of the more niche services.

Content Quality – 4/10

On the homepage, you’ll find some statistics such as a 98% customer satisfaction rating and over 75,000 essays completed. There’s also a handful of reviews, although these don’t give away much information on the service and don’t have dates, meaning they could be years out of date.

Searching online, I was shocked to find such mixed reviews on the website. While some students claimed that it ‘did the job’, others weren’t so happy, claiming that the content was very poorly written, contained a tonne of mistakes and wasn’t suitable for a submission. There are also many reports of high levels of plagiarism.

Pricing – 5/10

writingelites.net prices

There’s a pricing calculator on the Writing Elites homepage of the website, or you can use the pricing page, to work out an accurate quote for your order.

To give you an idea on what prices are like, an essay that’s written from scratch that’s ten-pages long that’s written to a Master’s academic level with a three-day deadline will set you back around $270. This is a huge amount of money, even with the automatic discount that takes it down to $229.

Customer Support – 5/10

writingelites.net customer service

When you need help, you want a website that’s there for you and can give you the support that you could need quite urgently. However, WritingElites fails to deliver this.

In the header of the website, you’ll find a US toll-free phone number, a single email address, no dedicated pre and post sales help and a Skype email address. Despite the fact there’s also a live chat feature on every page, this is still a limited selection of options, and many students will be left feeling in the dark.

WritingElites.com reviewConclusion Gloria Kopp

As you can see, I don’t feel WritingElites.com is all that it’s cracked up to be. With sky-high prices, a lack of dedicated support channels, especially for international students and poor quality claims, my advice is to take your business to a more reputable website.
