Checking either the services page or by making your way through the order page, you’ll find that the website only offers seven services; essay, coursework, term paper, research paper, book report, movie review and case study.

This is fine if you’re after an essay but if you want a regular service that provides reports, presentations, speeches and other work that you need completing, you’re going to have to take your business elsewhere. In short, this is an extremely limited collection of services.

Using the pricing page at Essays Reasy website, you can figure outa quote for the work that you want completed. The price is determined by taking in account the work, the deadline and the academic writing level times by the number of pages you want.

To give you a guideline on the prices, a ten-page essay that’s written to a Master’s level with a three-day deadline will set you back around $390. This is easily one of the most expensive services I have ever seen I highly doubt any kind of student will be able to afford this price, let alone justify it.

Content Quality – 6/10

For the price that you’re paying, you would expect the quality to be outstanding, but this is unfortunately not the case. Heading over to the testimonials page, you’ll find over 230 reviews but none of these provide any real information on the quality of the papers and there’s no dates on when the reviews were written.

Searching online, I discovered a tonne of websites claiming the work was completed by non-native English speakers, was poorly formatted and the work was overflowing with errors like spelling mistakes and typos.

Customer Support – 5/10

Heading over to the EssaysReasy contact page, I was surprised to see such a comprehensive list of communication channels. There’s a US phone number, a US fax number, live chat available on every page, one email address for sales only and bank address.

As you can see, there are no dedicated channels for pre and post sales and some students looking for support may need to take their business elsewhere.
