The first place on a website I would check to see what services were available would generally be the Services page, but this site’s Services page isn’t so much a page as a series of links to other pages. Eventually I went to the Prices page and had a look at the services there.

There appears to be 33 different kinds of services available for students, and these include everything from essays to multiple-choice questions. This is still a limited offering compared to the leading sites.

Pricing – 2/10

Hire Essay Writer claim that they have affordable rates, so off I went to their Prices page to test that. I asked for a 7-page singled-spaced essay which was due in 48 hours, and was quoted a staggering sum of $321.86 for premium quality work. This is way outside of what I would consider affordable on a student budget, and certainly higher than what I’ve seen on other similar sites.

There are, however, discount codes available. New customers get 15% off, and there’s a promise that similar promotions will be in place for customers who order multiple times. The site also promises free revisions if required.

Content Quality – 5/10

There are three testimonials on the front page of the site, and none of them felt very credible to me, as all used odd phrasing that didn’t feel like they came from native English speakers. I also noticed a number of typos, including spelling and grammar errors, in the site itself, which for me makes me question the capability of their writers.

I also searched the web for reviews of HireEssayWriter.com, but wasn’t able to find much in the way of reviews from real customers, leading me to believe that this site hasn’t been in business for long.

Customer Service – 4/10

HireEssayWriter appears quite impressive in its customer service offerings. There’s a Live Chat service, a support phone number and email, and there are also links to social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+. I did notice that the site doesn’t have many followers, suggesting that it is relatively new or hasn’t been used much.
