The website promises to offer 24/7 support to its customers and claims to be home to over 3,000 PhD-level writers who will complete your assignments on your behalf. The website also claims to offer assistance in over 100+ unique subjects.

There is no clear pricing page or table to be found on BookMyEssay, meaning it’s very hard to gauge the price of your assignment without first entering all your personal details. Once submitted, you’ll then receive an email with your quote.
This is a very illegitimate way of pricing work because, in theory, the website could charge whatever it wanted to whoever it wanted as there’s no sign of set page pricing. As with many similar sites, this usually means the website is operating with extortionate costs.
Quality of Content – 2/10
There is an extremely limited review/testimonials system operating on the website. There is no dedicated page, only a slider on the home page with some very basic reviews on the service. Unfortunately, these reviews have no dates, meaning they could be years old and therefore, no longer reflect the service that the website provides.
Searching online, I soon discovered a collection of mixed reviews. Some of the reports claimed that the website had taken their money and they are still waiting for their assignments to be delivered and those that had received their content have complained about high percentages of plagiarism and content that simply wasn’t suitable for an academic submission.
Customer Service – 4/10
Despite claiming 24/7 support, one of the first things I noticed was the live chat feature stating it was offline. Heading over to the contact page at Book My Essay, I found an international phone line (which doesn’t state whether it’s a free phone number or not), a single email address which is used to handle all queries and a physical address.
This is simply unacceptable when it comes to a service that claims it offers stellar customer support and some students using the service may feel shunned by the company.
Conclusion
BookMyEssay.com has a long way to go before it can be recognised as a legitimate and leading custom academic writing service. I simply cannot recommend this service and cannot shake the feeling that the site is running illegitimately due to the pricing system and lack of support. My advice is to take your business to a more reputable service.
They didn’t do the work and I didn’t get a refund, they are scammers and no one should use the website! It is not worth the hassle. I am currently going through a paypal claim with them to get the money back. They have said numerous times that they will refund the money but have never actually done it. Don’t use this company!
I was a writer with book my essay for an year. This website is from India and person running this website is named Deepak. He has a team of 10 people who are not very well qualified still he claims that he has many Phd experts. He keeps 80% margin for himself thus if a work is of $240 only $30 goes to writer and rest is his commission. Because of this no good writer ever work for him. While assigning the work to writer he says quality doesn’t matter just complete the work. I would advise students to refrain from using this website.

I had the worst experience with this website. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had an assignment that was worth 10 percent of my mark and I wanted it to be done perfectly since it was worth so much. I uploaded my assignment for them and asked them if they could do a good job in it. They said I shouldn’t worry about it and the “experts” can handle it perfectly. I assigned them a week prior to the deadline of my assignment just to make sure that they will have enough time to do a good job. Two days before the deadline I emailed them to make sure that they are doing good. They told me it will be done the next morning. The day of the deadline I checked again to see if everything is ok. I was told that the assignment will be done in two hours. I checked in two hours and they said they need another two hours. This happened so many times that I had only one hour to my deadline. Then they surprised me with saying: “ the writer has an emergency and your assignment can’t be done.” I even asked them to send me as much as its done but clearly the so called “expert” haven’t even started it. They were so irresponsible and told me they didn’t have enough time for my assignment and it was my fault. I had to drop that course due to them being soooo irresponsible and careless. DO NOT RISK YOUR EDUCATION WITH THIS WEBSITE.
