It’s not easy to comb through all the various options for essay-writing services to find the one that’s right for you. I had a look at Essays24.org site to see if they were up to the job from my point of view.

Essays24 offer a comprehensive list of services, everything from creative writing and business plans to movie reviews to your dissertation project. They also allow you to pick your subject or discipline from the start, making it clear that you will need an expert in your chosen field of study. In addition, they allow you to choose the bibliographical format, specify a number of sources, upload resources, and provide necessary instructions to your writer.

I was really pleased to see that there were discount codes available for a seasonal promotion as soon as I loaded up the site. I carried out a quote for the work I would have liked to have done. This was an essay at university level, 5 pages long, double-spaced, with a deadline of 48 hours. This would cost me $155.00 before any discounts, which is decidedly on the high side for an essay of this type.
The price also did not include a plagiarism report, an additional $9.99, an abstract page, an additional $14.99 or VIP support at $14.99. Many other sites include these additional services for free. Essays 24 do, however, offer free revisions, a free title page and bibliography, and free formatting.
Content Quality – 5/10
The site includes both sample papers and customer testimonials, so I had a look at both. The testimonials page is full of five-star reviews, but when I searched Google for other reviews, I found less positive reviews. One customer stated that her writer did not follow instructions, and when she informed the site of this, they took 12 days to answer her complaint.
When I looked at the sample papers offered, they were mostly fairly high quality but I did notice some typos, and also some odd phrasing that made me wonder if they were written by a native English speaker.
Customer Service – 2/10
Essays24 offers a support telephone number and email address. They also state on the site that they offer a Live Chat service, but I did not see this pop up at any point during my visit to the site. Their headquarters is in London, United Kingdom.
Conclusion
Overall, I wasn’t satisfied that Essays24.org would be right for me. The price was a bit too high for my student budget tastes, and I’m disappointed in the lack of a Live Chat service. This site doesn’t impress me as the best place to trust with my papers and I’ll be looking somewhere else.
Hi- Just wanted to say that I used them and they were terrible. They I paid for two presentations and they forgot one. I had to remind them at the last moment. There work was full of errors and omissions. It was like they didn’t care if it didn’t make sense. They wanted me to review it and let them know if any corrections need to be made. Well if I am going thru it I may as well make the corrections, right? VERY unhappy. They didn’t even ask if I was satisfied with their work.
Essays24 is TERRIBLE. Their refund policy is a nightmare, and customer service will do everything in their power to hang onto your funds. I opted for a refund because I submitted a request and was told they were going to have to charge an additional $150+ for the work I asked for since the writer they found demanded more, despite the charge I already paid. I elected to refund because they couldn’t meet the terms for which their site agrees “…If we can’t find a writer who will meet the requested task…”. I told customer service this which led to them bartering that I pay $20 dollars more. I said no and I want my refund I asked for. They then said the writer accepted the original price and will start work. I said no again. It took THREE DAYS to get a manager to email me. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Did you get your refund?
They won’t give refunds at all. They’re assholes who only give you half of your money back and refuse to listen to the costumer and they angry if you ask for one and claim they’ll show the bank proof of the conversations and still thinking they’re right. They literally didn’t give me a refund on a paper the writer didn’t even start on. And claimed they needed to pay the writer? For what? Nothing. Plus their writers aren’t good.
