However, they don’t seem to offer editing services. After I’ve entered the order information I needed to sign up with an email or login/sign in to check the prices.

Quality – 5/10

Apessay has a business of “approved” writers who are free to bid on student orders and to be selected for a project by students based upon their bids. I have found several complaints about the quality of the services and about customers being bombarded with too many bids. Some reports of plagiarism have also been found on essays delivered by Apessay.com writers.

Deadlines – 5/10

I didn’t find any information on the Apessay.com website about on-time delivery. Some customers have complained about missing deadlines. This is problematic, especially when students have their own strict deadlines they have to adhere to, but hard to control when you’re dealing directly with the writer.

The prices at Apessay are very cheap. Starting from as low as $5. They claim this is because Studybay is a freelance platform. You get to choose an expert you’d like to work with. Unlike with other companies, you’ll be working directly with your writer without intermediaries, which results in lower prices. Prices vary depending on deadline, academic level and number of pages. However, the final price always has to be negotiated between student and writer. There is a $5 off discount code coupon for first users but I found that a lot of users then get spammed with this deal. I couldn’t find any writing samples on the website to evaluate the quality of the writers.

Customer support – 6/10

If you need support, there is a FAQ section for students and writers. You can also contact them for free via a live chat, on their contact customer phone number or by email. They also have a money back guarantee available but it’s unclear if this is a 100% refund. Many reviews have classified their customer service as unhelpful.
